Santiago, Chile
November 2007
On our way to a restaurant on our first evening in Santiago, I noticed the reflection of our hotel in the glass facade of the office tower across the street. Eager to capture the abstract contortions reflected by the glass, I did not notice until I had already snapped the shutter the doorman waiving his arms and shooting "No photo! No photo!". Since I knew that what I had captured of his building was unrecognizable, I felt safe apologizing and walking away..
