As part of VBs plans for managing hurricane storm surge, a huge pumping station was constructed underground near the waterfront. The station is designed to pull excess volumes of water and pipe it inland several miles. In order to vent heat and air from the station from underground, two large air vents are used, dressed up as urban architectural abstract art... This is one of them (or part of it),
