During our first post-vaccination / post pandemic indoor restaurant dining experience, I was a bit in wonder at the idea that the whole pandemic nightmare was finally coming to an end. Sitting at the table while we waited for our order to be brought, I looked around the room. This lighting fixture caught my eye and I thought it was rather cool in design. It wasn't until I looked at the image later that I noticed the colorful abstract wallpaper behind it that was only partially lit by the lamp - ergo, the title!
