This magnificent live oak is an iconic landmark in our community, visible across the lake from the community clubhouse and the main drive from the front gate. It is also in my backyard. This image is an example of several I have taken from my patio using the venerable old tree to frame the beautiful sunsets of the South Carolina Lowcountry.
