This is an alternate view of my original shot. The other day, my wife commented that a print I have of this image looked better to her upside-down. For those of yo out there who think the same. here is that perspective.
What started out as an attempt at a floral still life shot, morphed into more attention to the petals of an individual dahlia blossom. I ended up liking the abstract nature and splash of color of the close-up much better than the still life shots. Here's hoping you enjoy it too.
